Summary
Join Wellhub's Global Sales and Operations team in SΓ£o Paulo as a Salesforce Project Manager. Partner with the team to tackle key strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth and enhancing sales productivity and customer value. Execute and scale operational and planning processes across global sales teams. Plan, execute, and monitor project goals and objectives, provide support and troubleshooting, facilitate project meetings, and manage project risks, stakeholders, scope, costs, resources, and milestones. Develop interviews and AS-IS/TO-BE journeys, review product documentation, conduct training sessions, and maintain updated schedules. Requirements
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Salesforce knowledge
- Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities
- Strong workflow skills

Responsibilities
- Planning, execution, and monitoring of the goals and objectives of each project stage (KPIs)
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support)
- Facilitating project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback and open communication with the team on project planning execution
- Provide project management methodology
- Control the evolution of projects involving risk management, stakeholders, scope, cost management, resource allocation, and milestones
- Manage and keep track of projects
- Prepare Project Status Reports
- Develop the interviews and TO BE and AS IS journeys
- Review product documentation (RFC and definition of done)
- Be responsible for training sessions and tools adoption
- Keep schedules up to date
