Summary
Join Aledade's legal team as an enthusiastic Project Manager supporting the contracting function and other legal department initiatives. You will oversee IronClad implementation, create contracting templates and workflows, and collaborate with the contracts team. This role requires experience with contract management systems and strong project management skills. Geographic location is flexible, with remote work options available within the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD headquarters. Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a contracts management, contracts administration, or legal operations role
- Experience using or maintaining a contract management system
- Strong project management, technical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and Adobe Acrobat
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation, operation, and administration of IronClad
- Collaborate with legal department colleagues and stakeholders throughout the company
- Design, create, and maintain document automation workflows in IronClad
- Create, maintain, and update form agreements and internal playbooks
- Create and maintain written guidance on IronClad and the contracting process
- Create and present training materials to the legal team and business partners about IronClad and the contracting process
- Manage data migration and metadata extraction projects for legacy contracts repositories
- Serve as main point of contact for all matters related to IronClad
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous paralegal experience
- Experience implementing and maintaining IronClad or other cloud-based contract management systems
- Experience integrating IronClad with Salesforce, DocuSign or other technologies
- Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive work relationships at all levels across the organization
- Willingness to roll your sleeves up and take on additional projects as necessary
- Effective leadership abilities to delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback
