Summary

Requirements

  • Have 10+ years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking of projects
  • Have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing
  • Have 5+ years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO
  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Have proficiencies in MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software

Responsibilities

  • Manage project planning and tracking from conception to completion
  • Oversee IT projects and schedules/roadmaps
  • Work with HIPAA constrained data elements
  • Be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing
  • Work as part of an enterprise PMO
  • Utilize standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meeting agendas, etc
  • Demonstrate a blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills
  • Lead a data migration effort
  • Engage in vendor management
  • Understand full project and product lifecycles
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, project scopes, risks, and lead project status meetings
  • Manage projects for governmental agencies or organizations
  • Work with iterative and incremental development and adjust to changing requirements, policy changes and legislative mandates
  • Handle project budgeting, resource planning, allocation and capacity planning
  • Gather and validate technology requirements for human service systems
  • Demonstrate knowledge, experience, and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to managing patient and/or health data including, but not limited to, HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be a local candidate in the Eastern Time Zone
  • Have previous PM experience working with projects related to managing patient and/or health-related data migration, data governance, data cleansing, data export, APIs and enterprise data modernization efforts
  • Have a thorough understanding of the compliance and regulatory requirements related to managing patient and/or health data including, but not limited to, HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP
