Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, technical/business field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of engineering or technical project management experience with government projects
- 5+ years of experience delivering SAAS (software as a service), web, or customization and integration projects
- Experience communicating with Agency clients as the project lead
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Direct, friendly, and easy going
- Highly organized with a proven ability to perform in a management capacity
- Must be knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Must be US Citizen
- Must comply with all โdrug free workplaceโ requirements as mandated by directives issued by the appropriate federal contracting officer and the company, which requires drug testing for use of illegal drugs by employees in sensitive positions
- Must be able pass โโOPM Facilities Clearance Requirements
Responsibilities
- Monitor/control changes to the scope of work with the client and check in daily with POC
- Work with project engineers, to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project
- Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project
- Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes
- Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule
- Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports
- Attend all design progress meetings and prepare Meeting minutes
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
