Requirements

• Proficiency in utilizing contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, Google Docs, etc
• Prior experience in project management, or in customer service with an emphasis on problem-solving
• A proactive doer who's eager to actively participate and tackle challenges head-on

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, utilizing visionary planning and strategic execution
• Monitor project progress, setting and achieving ambitious deadlines
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and department heads
• Resolve challenges with a problem-solving mindset, making decisive actions to keep projects advancing
• Deliver projects that meet and exceed expectations, setting new standards of excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, covering both written and verbal communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills
