Project Manager

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of proven experience in project or delivery management
• Have experience both in outsource and product (mainly EdTech) project management
• Be proficient in project management tools
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
• Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Foster strong relationships with clients and managers
