Fulcrum. is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for a web application project for a fintech startup. The role involves leading Scrum ceremonies, building development processes, coaching the team, and more. Requirements

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and verbal)
• Min 5 years of experience as a PM
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum processes from scratch for disrtibuted teams (10+ people)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mediate between different stakeholders
• Experience with web development in the PRODUCTION stage

Responsibilities

• Build the development process in the team from scratch
• Lead Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and ensure process adherence
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and refinement
• Identify and resolve blockers to maintain team productivity
• Track and report team progress, driving continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders on project goals and timelines
• Process improvement and result orientation
• Stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startups directly with customer
• Experience working in fintech projects
• Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
