Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in project management tools (preferably Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate resources and manage day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
  • Work closely with media, client experience, tech, marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and best practices within the agency

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or similar project management certification
