Summary
Join Guidepoint's Client Service team as a Project Manager and manage key client accounts, overseeing a team of Associates to connect clients with the right Advisors. You will be the primary point of contact for client relationships, manage Associate teams to execute client requests, and provide training on best practices. Collaboration with Business Development and other Project Managers is crucial. This night shift position (4 pm to 12 am JST) requires a Bachelor's degree, native-level Japanese, fluency in English, and 2+ years of client management experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Native Level of Japanese and fluency in English
- 2+ years of experience client or account management experience
- Previous project management and/ or people management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact responsible for the day-to-day relationship and service delivery for our clients
- Work with and manage a team of Associates to execute requests for clients who are conducting research and due diligence on industry trends, market opportunities, new products and technologies, and more
- Provide training to Associates regarding best practices around prospective Advisor sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening to provide the best Advisor match for each client project
- Work closely with the Business Development teams to optimize your clients’ use of Guidepoint’s services
- Work with other Project Managers on the team to provide industry guidance for projects and workshops
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in market research, agency, or consulting industries
Benefits
- Project Managers can earn up to ¥8,400,000 (for strong performance ) over a twelve-month period. The compensation package consists of an annual base salary which includes a fixed overtime allowance, and variable compensation linked to individual performance
