Project Manager

Summary

Join Infopro Learning as a Project Manager and contribute to the successful execution of eLearning projects. You will ensure quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing customer interactions, and adhering to project budgets and timelines. This role requires experience in the eLearning industry, project management principles, and understanding of instructional design. You will assist in creating project plans, coordinate with various teams, facilitate customer interactions, provide feedback, and encourage innovative solutions. The position also involves managing team logistics, preparing reports, and tracking work assignments to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 4+ years of experience in the eLearning or online learning industry
• 2+ years of project management experience within the learning sector
• Experience collaborating with teams of 10+ members throughout the project lifecycle
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and work across departments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating project plans aligned with requirements and goals
• Support the achievement of: Quality standards, On-time delivery, Customer satisfaction, Budget adherence
• Coordinate between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers (IDs), and media teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Facilitate customer interactions and manage expectations to strengthen relationships
• Provide structured and timely feedback to internal and external stakeholders
• Encourage innovative solutions for: Cost optimization, Productivity improvement, Quality enhancement
• Help manage team logistics, including work allocation, scheduling, and resolving conflicts
• Prepare billing and management reports for clients and internal review
• Track and manage work assignments for contractual and external resources
• Ensure optimal resource utilization, focusing on: Team capacity, Cost-effective use of tools and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to instructional design processes is advantageous
• PMI Certification or similar project management credentials are a plus
