Summary

Join our team as a Training Delivery Project Manager and lead critical training projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives. You will drive project success, manage large teams, and collaborate with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include project planning and execution, stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, budget management, quality control, team development, and training delivery. You will also be responsible for feedback management and generating executive-level reports. This role requires significant experience in project management within the training delivery domain, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in project management methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Project Management, etc.); Masterโ€™s degree is a plus
  • 12 or more years of experience in the learning industry with exemplary customer service skills
  • At least 8 years of experience in project/program management within the training delivery domain
  • Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more throughout all project phases
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to project teams, defining project strategies, goals, and success criteria
  • Align projects with organizational objectives and collaborate with senior management
  • Support presales activities by understanding client needs, preparing/contributing to proposals, and developing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Ensure proposals and SOWs align with client requirements and organizational capabilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Oversee all phases of the project life cycle (initiate, perform, close, and operate), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Track and monitor project progress against goals and timelines, adjusting as needed to ensure successful completion
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, facilitators, Subject Matter Experts and Executive stakeholders
  • Communicate project progress, manage expectations, and address concerns strategically
  • Allocate and manage resources both internal and consultants effectively, ensuring the right skills and expertise are available for project success
  • Keep the facilitator pool updated with their availability, build and maintain relationships, and recommend the right alignment based on requirements
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, developing proactive mitigation and contingency plans
  • Drive such mitigations proactively to ensure risks are avoided
  • Make strategic decisions to drive project success while considering stakeholder impacts
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Provide strategic budget oversight and financial reporting to senior management
  • Establish and implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards
  • Define and adhere to project governance frameworks and methodologies to adhere to defined process, templates and artifacts for consistent quality
  • Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
  • Oversee the execution of training programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and meet quality standards
  • Manage facilitators, collect customer feedback, and measure ROI to ensure high satisfaction levels and continuous improvement
  • Implement and oversee feedback management processes to gather, analyze, and act on feedback from clients and stakeholders
  • Use feedback to drive improvements in facilitator selection, training delivery and project management
  • Generate executive-level project reports highlighting progress, risks, and strategic insights
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and alignment with strategic goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desired
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Geographical Experience: Noida preferred
