Summary

Join KIT-AR, a leading digital transformation company in Industry 4.0, as a Project Manager. You will lead and drive complex, innovative digital transformation projects utilizing Augmented Reality for manufacturing. The role focuses on successful project delivery across various stages of customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing project delivery, planning and coordinating multiple projects, reporting on progress, performing risk management, coordinating with international teams, and proactively communicating with management. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of project management experience, a relevant degree, IT/manufacturing consulting experience, and a project management certification. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience in project management
  • BS or higher in Computer Science or related degree
  • Experience in delivery of projects in IT consulting and/or Manufacturing consulting
  • Professional project management certification from accredited institution
  • Experience in effectively combining agile methodologies with traditional project management in product-based startup environments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
  • Goal driven, enthusiastic, creative thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
  • Good communication skills and ability to thrive in diverse remote-first teams
  • Fluent spoken and written level of English (C1 or higher)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of projects to customers, taking into account the short-term and long-term goals of the business
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate the delivery of multiple projects with the development team and third parties
  • Report on project progress, resource planning and financial analysis of the projects
  • Perform risk management across the existing projects
  • Coordinate with team members in Portugal, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Norway
  • Proactively discuss project progress and needs with management
  • Manage the impact of emerging opportunities and their impact on the existing projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Find practical and workable solutions to deliver results
