Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• 2-4 years of experience in Project Management
• Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, managing, and monitoring projects from concept through implementation
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Assist in establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards and leadership expectations
• Meet with project stakeholders to provide status updates and incorporate project-related feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Track project performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Assist with gathering data and preparing a variety of operational reports covering project estimates, project status, staff time recording/expense and other management reports as assigned
