• Previous Workday project implementation experience
• Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Project management certification
• Demonstrated business analysis and requirement gathering abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday implementation projects from initiation to close adhering to project management methodology and best practice
• Develop project plans and schedules by collaborating with end and functional user groups; communicate project plan and approach to all key project stakeholders and produce and deliver project updates throughout the project
• Oversee key deliverables as required by the project and define project requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, budgets, and milestones
• Manage resource and lead workstreams in fast-paced implementation scenarios
• Manage multiple projects and/or test cycles simultaneously and keeping them on track; understand when to escalate issues and doing so in a timely fashion to ensure project success
