Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years managing projects in complex supply chain environments
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Knowledge of Labor Management Systems, Business Intelligence tools, or other Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, automation systems, basic database structures)
• Experience in distribution operations/warehousing
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee project charters, team structures, project plans, metrics, and ROI
• Facilitate project status meetings, ensuring team accountability and adherence to timelines
• Ensure project quality to achieve customer satisfaction
• Guide customers through change management processes and training
• Resolve project issues related to budget, timeline, scope, or technology; escalate when necessary
• Provide regular project updates to the VP of Services
• Support in generating Statements of Work (SOW) and customer proposals
• Participate in team resource planning and revenue forecasting
