Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Management or related degree
- 5+ years of leading projects in complex, supply chain environments
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager or similar capacity
- Knowledgeable in project management best practices
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate task to meet multiple deadlines
- Outgoing and comfortable building cross-functional relationships
- Able & willing to travel up to 50%
- Adhere to all Longbow Policies and Procedures
Responsibilities
- Oversee, validate and govern project charters, team structures, project plans, metrics, and ROI
- Facilitate project status meetings, ensuring team accountability and adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new business solutions
- Govern LBA policies, procedures, methodologies, standards and project quality to achieve customer satisfaction
- Guide customers through change management processes and training
- Identify Key Performance Indicators, develop baseline measurements, establish ongoing measurement processes, measure and present quantifiable results
- Resolve project issues related to budget, timeline, scope, or technology; escalate when necessary
- Provide regular project status updates to the VP of Services and key stakeholders
- Support in generating Statements of Work (SOW) and customer proposals
- Participate in team resource planning and budget forecasting
- Contribute to the ongoing development of project management, implementation, and solution templates and best practices
- Record and Report and billable time to customer
- Provide mentoring for project resources in preparation for advancement
- Motivate the LBA and client teams throughout the implementation lifecycle to drive the best possible solution
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in Blue Yonder JDA/Red Prairie or other Supply Chain Software systems is highly preferred. (WMS, WFM, TMS)
