• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Hands-on approach with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Self-starters who proactively identify and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Proven track record in establishing strong client relationships at a senior level, across a diverse client base
• 5+ years of experience in roles related to project management, business development, sales, and operations
• Experience with P&L management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Build an incredible consumer-facing league product and manage the process end to end
• Perform market research, analyse competitors, and execute on GTM strategies
• Identify opportunities in the market and generate revenue for partners and GoodRec
• Adapt the business model to different sports and local communities
• Own growth goals and budgets for your projects, and deliver results on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement through customer feedback interviews and continuous monitoring of user experience
