Summary
The job involves managing, organizing, and executing projects for clients in Mexico coordinating with Operations Manager, implementing services, serving as a point of contact for clients on DEI matters, providing consultative advice to clients, accompanying companies to identify needs and opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience managing social projects from start to finish (desirable), intermediate English skills (desirable), knowledge in diversity and inclusion (desirable), experience working in startups (desirable), and experience working in corporate environments. Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and execute projects from start to finish for clients in Mexico in coordination with Operations Manager
- Implement the corresponding services and organize those requiring intervention from other areas or providers
- Serve as a point of contact, reference, and consultation for clients on DEI matters
- Provide consultative advice to clients to drive cultural change and improve the inclusion processes of people with disabilities
- Accompany companies in identifying needs and opportunities for new actions together
- Seek innovation and creativity in the execution of projects and deliverables
- Detect needs for improvement in projects with clients and ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure client loyalty
- Create presentations and materials for the development of services
- Oversee the renewal of service contracts from active companies
