Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in the software development or IT industry
- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive accountability among team members
- Proficiency in project management tools such as teamwork, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet project goals
- Foster collaboration and maintain team morale through effective leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients regarding project progress, risks, and changes
- Manage client expectations and resolve any concerns promptly
- Hold clients and staff accountable for adhering to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines
- Conduct regular status meetings to track progress and address roadblocks
- Implement and enforce project management best practices
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor for issues and conflicts, resolving them efficiently to minimize impact on project timelines
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and post-project evaluations
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or equivalent certification
