Remote Project Manager

Summary

The position is remote, preferably based in India or the Philippines, and follows Eastern Standard Time. Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own and manage high-impact projects that align with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the executive team to understand business priorities, define project scopes, and set clear objectives. Act as the main point of contact between the project team and leadership
• End-to-End Project Ownership: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Drive Results with High Velocity: Ensure rapid execution of projects while maintaining high attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes. Quickly address any blockers to keep projects on track
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Continuously monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to the executive team and adjusting plans as needed to ensure success
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and make data-driven recommendations to improve project management processes
