Summary
Join Procore’s Professional Services team as an Enterprise Project Manager to lead software implementation projects and ensure successful client delivery. Partner with clients, technical specialists, and internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation strategies. Use your project management expertise, leadership skills, and consultative mindset to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Play a critical role in delivering Industry, Technology, and Change Management thought leadership while embodying Procore’s values. This remote position reports to the Manager, Project Management and does not involve direct selling. The focus is on ensuring Procore clients are well-supported and fully utilize the platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end software implementations in a SaaS environment or large-scale, global project management
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver professional services within a defined scope while aligning with organizational goals
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to articulate project goals and expectations while holding teams accountable
- Experience using project management tools for planning, resource forecasting, budget tracking, and risk management
- Background in servicing large organizations with complex web and mobile applications related to documentation management, project management, or similar use cases
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Innovative and problem-solving mindset, with a client-centric approach to driving business outcomes
- Exceptional adaptability, resilience, and critical thinking skills in fast-paced environments
- Travel for client on-sites and company events may be required up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute implementation strategies, including leading discovery sessions, creating project plans, managing budgets, and tracking risks to ensure business-based outcomes
- Oversee the execution of custom statements of work and onboarding strategies while ensuring projects stay on time and on budget
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on project progress, challenges, and solutions
- Standardize project management processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency across teams
- Mentor and coach team members to strengthen project management skills and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics to optimize workflows and ensure successful outcomes
- Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and client needs to foster strong relationships and build trust
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Managers and Customer Success, to enhance client success and Procore’s market leadership

- Base Pay Range $109,715 - $150,858 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $129,077 - $177,481
