Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within the CPG or cosmetics industry
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and adaptability to other project management tools
• Client-facing experience – must be comfortable leading client calls and discussions
• Personality fit is key – must have a pleasant demeanor, strong objection-handling skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions
• Comfortable working in the adult wellness industry. Note: not all of their clients are in this space

Responsibilities

• Monitor project deliverables, due dates, and progress, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client goals
• Manage email communications, follow up on outstanding items, and keep clients informed about project updates
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear expectations and seamless collaboration
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when handling client concerns, ensuring positive and productive interactions
• Keep track of important project details in Google Sheets and other project management tools, ensuring all stakeholders have access to updated information
• Confidently lead client-facing meetings, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on next steps

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) space, contract manufacturing and 3PL warehouses
