Requirements

• Fluent Ukrainian, Intermediate level of English
• 2+ years of proven working experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator in the IT field
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and meet deadlines
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the product owner and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Facilitate meetings with the development team (planning, retrospective meetings, etc.)
• Facilitating retrospectives for the marketing team (whole team, not only web dev)
• Ensuring alignment and collaboration across the web development, creative, and marketing teams
• Supporting task management and workflow efficiency across these subdepartments

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background (university, courses) preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Experience working with workflow tools (such as Confluence, Jira, Asana etc.)
• Good sense of humor 🙂
