IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager

Summary

Join Flip as an IT Project Manager/Implementation Manager and play a crucial role in empowering employees by enabling customers to roll out the Flip app. You will be responsible for the technical implementation and customization of the Flip SaaS environment, managing various IT and integration projects. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with SaaS products, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, delivery and/or implementation of SaaS products
• Bring basic coding and / or development know-how
• Have experience with SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST API and the provision of API-based integrations in enterprise IT
• Be well-versed in project management, preferably agile
• Have worked directly with enterprise clients and work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Be able to easily build relationships with internal and external stakeholders due to your customer- and people-oriented approach
• Have a fluent command of German and English

Responsibilities

• Help the CSE team to achieve their ambitious goals
• Work with our sales team at the beginning of each project
• Make our customers successful by implementing our integration projects
• Be the linchpin throughout the project duration when it comes to coordinating requirements, problem solving and developing customized software
• Work actively with the customer's functional departments, e.g. Project Management, Technology, IT and Security
• Have the authority to make decisions on all technical issues and thus contribute to the successful completion of the project
• Be in close contact with our external development partners to ensure smooth cooperation

Preferred Qualifications

Have sales experience, ideally SaaS B2B experience
