Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, startups, or similar fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset — you’re a builder who thrives in ambiguity and creates clarity where none exists
• Highly analytical and data-driven — you use metrics to drive decisions and prioritize effectively
• Tech-savvy — you’re comfortable collaborating with engineers and spotting automation opportunities (no coding required)
• Comfortable working across both digital platforms and real-world logistics

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of company-wide projects — define goals, build plans from scratch, and lead execution across teams
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, collaborating closely with the development team to scope and prioritize tech improvements
• Analyze data, dashboards, and reports to inform decision-making and measure project outcomes
• Roll up your sleeves — whether it’s running a live pilot, implementing a manual MVP, or digging into messy data
• Balance strategy and execution, connecting the dots between ideas, processes, and outcomes
