Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience (preferably in logistics or tech installations)
- Proven experience in logistics, particularly in trucking, support, or sales on the US logistics market
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage schedules and large-scale deployments
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience with conflict resolution and priority management
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for 10β20 field technicians
- Oversee office and in-vehicle technology installation projects (5,000β10,000 units)
- Act as the key escalation point between technicians, customer support, and clients
- Develop and maintain project schedules within deadlines and budgets
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing updates, reports, and resolutions
- Define and improve internal escalation and issue-tracking workflows
- Support the future integration of app-based issue reporting systems
- Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure Velogic data accuracy
- Assist with billing and reporting for service agreements and time & materials services
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce or CRM experience strongly preferred
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-SP, PSP) are a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and workflow systems
