Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience (preferably in logistics or tech installations)
  • Proven experience in logistics, particularly in trucking, support, or sales on the US logistics market
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and large-scale deployments
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Experience with conflict resolution and priority management

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for 10–20 field technicians
  • Oversee office and in-vehicle technology installation projects (5,000–10,000 units)
  • Act as the key escalation point between technicians, customer support, and clients
  • Develop and maintain project schedules within deadlines and budgets
  • Communicate proactively with clients, providing updates, reports, and resolutions
  • Define and improve internal escalation and issue-tracking workflows
  • Support the future integration of app-based issue reporting systems
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure Velogic data accuracy
  • Assist with billing and reporting for service agreements and time & materials services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce or CRM experience strongly preferred
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-SP, PSP) are a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and workflow systems
