Requirements

  • Graduated cum laude or better from university
  • At least 3-5 years’ property management experience
  • Prior experience working for a commercial real estate company is required
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and tenants
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess strong work ethic
  • Must be a team player

Responsibilities

  • Assist Asset and Property Management teams in administrative functions related to leasing and lease transaction approvals, including Yardi Leasing Pad data entry
  • Follow up with tenants and work with asset and property managers to assure tenant lease compliance, including resolving tenant delinquencies
  • Act as Company liaison with tenants, vendors, and guests to the office; establish rapport through exceptional customer service
  • Handle a high volume of functions and tasks
  • Answer and redirect tenant and vendor inquiries
  • Enter and/or update work order requests into Yardi
  • Maintain and update tenant certificates of insurance
  • Track and purchase office supplies
  • Participate in various other projects and tasks that arise in a fast-paced commercial real estate office
