Property Manager

Summary

We are seeking a home manager for our short term vacation rental portfolio located in South America, Central America, or Southeast Asia. The role involves managing properties, guest relations, and financials while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of property management experience, relevant certifications, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in property management software, problem-solving skills, quick decision-making skills, and resides in one of the specified regions.

Requirements

Current primary residence in South America, Central America, or Southeast Asia

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home
• Coordinate with the concierge team on resolutions
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
• Schedule preventative maintenance across houses
• Schedule routine inspections and address any issues promptly
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Prepare and manage property budgets
• Handle financial reporting and maintain accurate records

Benefits
