Property Manager

Summary

The job is for a Remote Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of short-term vacation rentals. Key responsibilities include guest experience management, property operations and maintenance, financial oversight, compliance and risk management. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in property management or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality, excellent communication skills, proficiency in property management software, and experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality
• Proven track record in guest relations and property operations
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in property management software

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
• Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Develop and manage property budgets
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
• Optimize property performance and revenue
• Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards
• Implement and maintain risk management strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA)
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable

• Schedule: Weekend shift, 5 days a week, daytime schedule
• Must reside in a country with a timezone compatible with US business hours (we do not offer graveyard shift)
• $20,000 annually (contractor position)
