Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Project-manage the proposal lifecycle for RFPs, from initial intake to final submission, coordinating inputs from all stakeholders
• Develop proposal materials by writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Conduct research and collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals
• Ensure proposals are correctly formatted and aligned with brand and content guidelines
• Manage multiple proposals concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines
• Create final proposal documents by consolidating various content per the requirements
• Submit online proposals in various formats
• Integrate feedback to enhance future proposals
• Support sales operations processes and initiatives

Benefits

Base salary range: $60,000-$70,000
