Proposal Manager

Summary

Join a dynamic digital agency as a Proposal Manager to collaborate with teams driving client growth and build long-term relationships. With over 5 years of experience, you'll produce, write, and edit strategic bids, participate in RFP triage, maintain proposal content, and deepen your understanding of the agency's services.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience writing compelling content in a sales context
• The ability to turn technical material into compelling, easy-to-digest narrative
• Understanding of web design and development concepts
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, and the ability to write concisely
• Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with other contributors in the proposal-writing process
• Time management skills and a strong sense of organization and prioritizing
• Understanding of the procurement process and the needs of public sector organizations
• Available during Montreal working hours
• Use tools such as Slack to stay engaged with your team and contribute to the company culture
• Exceptional self-management and proactive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Producing, writing, and editing highly complex and strategic bids
• Participating in the RFP triage process
• Following proposal guidelines, and formatting proposal content
• Maintaining and improving existing copy and translations
• Ensuring that the RFP processes in place are thoroughly tracked

Preferred Qualifications

• A background in digital design, development, or marketing
• Experience using Drupal or WordPress
• Written and verbal communication skills in French
• Experience writing marketing copy
