Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Project-manage the proposal lifecycle for RFPs, from initial intake to final submission, coordinating inputs from all stakeholders
- Develop proposal materials by writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Conduct research and collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals
- Ensure proposals are correctly formatted and aligned with brand and content guidelines
- Manage multiple proposals concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines
- Create final proposal documents by consolidating various content per the requirements
- Submit online proposals in various formats
- Integrate feedback to enhance future proposals
- Support sales operations processes and initiatives
Benefits
Base salary range: $60,000-$70,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses
