Summary

Motive is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Manager with 2-5 years of experience in proposal management, specifically with managing RFPs in the Public Sector. The role involves end-to-end management of public sector proposals, utilizing Responsive/RFPIO platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proposal management experience responding to Public Sector agencies (City, State, Federal, Education)
• Fluency with RFP software, preferably Responsive/RFPIO

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, timeline, and submissions of RFPs for customers within the Public Sector
• Lead the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, including analyzing RFP requirements, coordinating internal resources, developing response strategies, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals
