Join phia as an experienced Proposal Writer to drive the development of winning proposals for government IT contracts. This role involves interviewing subject matter experts, analyzing solicitation requirements, collaborating with team members, and developing a library of reusable content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 5+ years of experience writing proposals for government cybersecurity contracts
• Demonstrated success in contributing to the winning of Federal IT contracts including supporting both Management and Technical content creation
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP) is a plus
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling narratives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Interview Subject Matter-Experts (SMEs) to develop compelling, compliant proposals for IT government contracts
• Analyze solicitation requirements to ensure full compliance and develop response strategies
• Collaborate with Business development, Capture Managers, and SMEs to craft persuasive content highlighting win-themes, strengths and differentiators
• Support/attend various proposal Meetings (Kick-off, Solution, etc.)  to understand schedules, and expectations
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable content and best practices
• Participate in proposal reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance quality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with graphics software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
