Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in English or Communications is strongly recommended
• This role requires a minimum of 10 years of CRO or biopharmaceutical experience, with background in proposal writing and budget development preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full cycle proposal development process, including developing complex proposals, interfacing with clients regarding RFP or RFI specifications, coordinating internal meetings, and submitting final proposal documents on time
• Track and maintain proposals, work with BD and Finance to negotiate financial aspects of proposals and contracts, collaborate with BD as needed on client deliverables, and coordinate and attend bid defense meetings as requested
• Develop contracts derived from proposals, manage the contract through client delivery and execution, review and edit contracts, ensure scope of work is clearly defined, budget reflects the scope of work, and changes are integrated efficiently
