Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Proxy Product Owner, Product Owner, or similar role in an Agile environment
- Strong experience in collaborating with product owners to define and deliver product features
- Proficiency in roadmap planning, backlog management, and backlog prioritization
- Expertise in writing clear Jira tickets, including requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done
- Solid experience in managing release management and QA processes, especially for mobile apps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both the internal development team and external customer stakeholders
- Experience in leading Scrum ceremonies and fostering an Agile mindset within the team
- Proven ability to manage team performance, provide feedback, and drive individual and team development
- Experience working with mobile products (iOS/Android) and understanding the unique challenges of mobile app development
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the product owners to understand the product vision, goals, and requirements
- Act as the proxy for the product owners within the development team, ensuring that their feedback and priorities are effectively represented
- Ensure all product requirements are clearly defined and align with customer expectations, translating them into actionable tasks for the internal team
- Provide transparency to the product owners by keeping them informed of progress, dependencies, and any potential risks
- Collaborate with the product owners to develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Manage the backlog priorities, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and timely delivery of features
- Ensure clarity and completeness of Jira tickets, including well-defined requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done
- Oversee Product Owner acceptance of deliverables, ensuring that customer requirements are met and quality standards are adhered to
- Handle release management for mobile apps, working with the team to ensure that releases are thoroughly tested and meet the expected quality before deployment
- Work with the development team to ensure that the product roadmap is delivered successfully, removing blockers and ensuring focus on high-priority tasks
- Support the team in onboarding and offboarding team members as necessary, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge sharing
- Conduct regular 1:1s, offer feedback, and drive team performance to ensure that goals and deadlines are met
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews) to keep the team aligned and focused
- Champion the Agile process, continuously improving the teamβs way of working and ensuring adherence to Scrum practices
- Ensure that Jira is used effectively to track progress and manage product tasks, ensuring complete transparency in the process
