The Public Affairs Strategic Manager will take lead on managing client deliverables, ensuring high-quality project outcomes through client relationship management, strategic planning, crisis management, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Passion for advancing the global freedom movement
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media or a related field (optional)
• Proven experience in public affairs, media relations, or a related field
• Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment, agency preferred
• Experience working remotely, including exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
• Professional, polished and concise communicator (both verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client relationship management
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule in accordance with the needs of the company/clients

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of intake and response for client communication
• Develop strategic client engagement and ensure high quality project deliverables
• Understand and align with clients' goals, objectives, and brand identity while being agile and adaptable to ever-changing timelines and requests
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives and processes tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with clients to define key messages, target audiences, goals, missions and objectives
• Monitor and measure the success of client projects using key performance indicators
• Provide regular reports to clients, including call/meeting recaps
• Work closely with management and internal teams to establish seamless collaboration and execution of projects
