Summary

The job is for a Senior Manager in Epic Games' Global Public Policy team. The role involves supporting relationships with policymakers, monitoring global policy trends, and developing external narratives. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree in law, policy, or other relevant discipline preferred
• Experience and understanding of policy issues
• Experience working within governments, think tanks, public interest groups, industry trade groups and/or relevant corporations
• Track record of successful execution; ability to help develop and implement programs and processes
• Forward thinking approach to global legislative, regulatory and public policy issues
• A thoughtful team player who can collaborate cross-functionally to understand business goals, and identify global legislative and regulatory opportunities and risks
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Has a genuine interest in, and is enthusiastic about Epic as a brand
• Someone who is user-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Support relationships with policymakers and stakeholders on behalf of Epic Games
• Monitor global policy trends and actions in competition/antitrust and innovative technologies and conduct research to share with Epic teams
• Develop external narratives and talking points, and help organize briefing strategies with policy stakeholders

• Pay Transparency Information: New York City Base Pay Range $151,565 — $252,608 USD, California Base Pay Range $133,376 — $222,294 USD
