Summary

Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as a Public Sector Field Operations Manager. Partner with sales leadership to optimize sales operations processes, drive efficiency, and support the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the Public Sector market and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will oversee field operations processes, analyze sales performance data, collaborate with various teams, and drive continuous improvement. The position reports to the VP, Revenue Operations and offers a competitive benefits package. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 7+ years supporting business operations, professional services, or revenue streams for Public Sector (FED/SLED) accounts/clients
  • An understanding of common sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and functions
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of field operations strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives in Public Sector
  • Oversee and optimize PubSec field operations processes, including but not limited to operational cadence, pipeline management, annual planning, and sales compensation
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales territories, quotas, and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with GTM Analytics teams in the creation and maintenance of sales performance metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on performance to senior management
  • Collaborate with GTM Systems teams to continuously optimize sales tool user experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to finance, enablement, marketing, and HR to ensure alignment and collaboration on revenue operations initiatives and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations, and make recommendations for innovation and optimization
