Summary

We're looking for a Director, Public Sector Partnerships to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Spring Health's mental health services to state and local government entities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on the public sector
- Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to state and local governments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (50%)
- A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health
- Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to sales
- Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, extreme comfortability with change
- Emotional intelligence and an empathetic nature
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote Spring Health'βs mental health services to state and local government entities
- Identify and prioritize target markets and opportunities within the public sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, agency leaders, and decision-makers
- Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to network and promote Spring Healthβs services
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends
