Summary
Join Intelligent Technical Solutions as a Purchasing Assistant and monitor, evaluate, and manage purchase orders daily. You will communicate with vendors, resolve purchase issues, and maintain detailed records. Responsibilities include tracking projects, managing invoices, and maintaining inventory. Meeting specific KPIs is crucial for success in this role. A home office setup meeting specific technical requirements is mandatory, along with full-time availability and passing assessments. Compensation starts at $3.80/hour.
Requirements
- A home office set up that meets the following
- A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5, Windows10, MacOS BigSur 11
- Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
- HD webcam/camera
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)
Responsibilities
- Responsible in monitoring and evaluating purchase orders on a daily basis
- Assist and manage communication with vendors
- Coordinates and resolve purchase issues
- Maintain records and associate documents for all processes and maintain knowledge on all open order and its status
- Tracking and Monitoring Professional and Projects Boards
- Invoice Filing/Accounting maintenance
- Purchasing Board: Office 365, Adobe, Sonicwall, MS eOpen , Lenovo, 3CX Licenses and Warranties
- Inventory and Audit Report
- <20 open Waiting on Parts tickets
- 100% Vendor audits completed before 25th of the month (tracker within Accounting folder)
- <20 open Need Payment tickets
- 100% Need Payment tickets follow up notes entered
- 100% notes for all money to collect from clients
