Summary

Gorilla Logic is seeking a Python Technical Lead with exceptional backend development skills to work as a member of an Agile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing client applications, mentoring fellow developers, and leading technical teams. They must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years of backend development experience with Python, 4+ years of experience with the Django framework, and demonstrated experience building and maintaining production applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of backend development experience with Python
• 4+ years of experience Django framework
• Experience with Fast API
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a production application
• Cloud development experience with AWS
• Container experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams

Responsibilities

• Work with an agile team to build, maintain and optimize our client’s applications
• Mentor fellow developers
• Work with DevOps and QA to build a quality focused CI/CD pipeline
• Responsible for code reviews, testing and delivery of high-quality maintainable code
• Work in an Agile environment to define, estimate and work user stories

• Experience with order management systems
• Experience with supply chain management systems
• Development experience with React
