QA Associate

Summary

This role involves designing and maintaining test cases, executing regression tests, analyzing requirements, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and documenting test plans and results. Requirements

• Full Remote and must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (8PM to 5AM Philippine Time)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field, or relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Katalon, Test Rigor, etc
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
• 3+ years of experience on Manual & QA Automation
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical concepts
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain effective manual and automated test cases/test scripts
• Perform manual and automation regression test execution
• Analyze requirements, identify potential issues and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Collaborate across teams to align with the testing of business requirements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results

Preferred Qualifications

Experience on python programming preferred
