Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science (or related technical discipline) or equivalent industry experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience in similar functions
- Experience in Javascript / Typescript and one object Oriented Language (preferable C#)
- Comfortable providing input on issues that impact quality, product performance, and system stability/reliability
- Demonstrable experience creating test cases from requirements and providing recommendations for new methods and criteria to be tested
- Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) frameworks e.g. Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc
- Experience in RestAssured, Postman, or other API testing frameworks
- Experience with full lifecycle software development, the associated tools, processes and methodologies
- An excellent communicator (in English), proactive and self-sufficient, with strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to break down and clearly define problems
- Ensures that feedback is delivered in a respectful and supportive manner, fostering a positive team environment
- Ability to establish credibility and build relationships at all levels
- Passion for best quality practice and continuous professional development
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing on different parts of our products, including user interfaces, APIs, and core services
- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues clearly, working closely with developers to resolve them
- Begin to learn and apply basic automation testing techniques under the guidance of senior team members
- Participate in regression testing to ensure new updates do not adversely affect existing functionality
- Work alongside developers and product managers to understand features and improve overall product quality
- Assist in designing and developing test cases for various product features, ensuring all requirements are covered
- Assist in designing and developing automated tests for our core services, UIβs, and APIβs using the best industry standards for mission-critical services
- Help maintain and update testing documentation and processes to reflect current testing standards and practices
- Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
- Have a collaborative working style and contribute to the development of our technical communities across the company
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing Mobile Apps
- Experience using Playwright
- Experience working in geo-distributed Cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- Experience testing data science and business intelligence capabilities
- Experience with container technologies, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience in data management environments (e.g. SQL Server, T-SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Elastic etc)
- Knowledge of Information Security concepts
- US Healthcare experience
