Summary
Join Leadtech's QA team as a QA intern and contribute to the testing of innovative online solutions used by millions. Work closely with product teams to impact products and processes. Requirements
- Currently be enrolled in college and available to complete an internship
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented & strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities
- Good English and Spanish skills
- Team player
Responsibilities
- Learn about Quality Assurance via mentorship & real life situations
- Design, write, maintain & execute functional, performance, security tests for multiple software applications
- Participate in maintaining regression test suites and control proper product test coverage
- Log and monitor defects and features in our internal tracking system
- Gather, analyze, document, and test requirements for unique business scenarios that differ across company products
- Contribute to Test Automation Framework development by writing business-readable scenarios using Gherkin syntax
- Create and maintain both product and process documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members (Developers, Product Managers, Account Managers, etc.) to enhance our products and services
- Propose departmental initiatives to help improve our processes and team goals
- Learn fast and effectively share gained knowledge with the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of programming languages
