Summary

Join a leading data center services provider with around 70 datacenters serving various industries as an Agile QA Manager. Lead quality assurance efforts, implement Agile methodologies, manage cross-functional teams, and shape testing strategies in an Agile environment to deliver top-tier software products.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Agile QA environments
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and related management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Strong background in software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies
• Experience in developing QA metrics and procedures
• Proficiency with lifecycle and test case management tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work within Eastern time zone

Responsibilities

• Implement and refine Agile QA best practices and methodologies
• Create and monitor QA team performance metrics
• Enhance testing efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle
• Manage product issue resolution and defect analysis
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and report to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium
