Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support
• Establish and communicate quality standards, processes, and best practices for email and promotional QA
• Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate ongoing training to ensure continuous skill development
• Develop, implement, and refine quality assurance processes and checklists for email campaigns, promotional pages, banners, and pop-ups
• Identify areas for improvement and optimize QA workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align QA processes with campaign and business objectives
• Oversee the review and approval process for high-priority and complex campaigns, acting as the final quality check
• Ensure all campaign communications are error-free, adhere to brand standards, and are properly targeted and segmented
• Coordinate closely with compliance teams to guarantee that communications meet legal and regulatory standards
• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution and rapid resolution of QA issues
• Develop and maintain QA documentation, including detailed test cases and scenario checklists
• Provide regular reporting on QA metrics and quality standards adherence, using insights to suggest improvements
