Summary

Join Med Planet, part of M3 Global Research, as a Qualitative Moderator to deliver high-quality moderation and deliverables on qualitative market research projects. You will conduct studies in pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology, and diagnostics. Responsibilities include project management, client briefings, discussion guide creation, conducting interviews and group discussions, and presenting results. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of market research experience, preferably in the medical field, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English and German is required. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to a global leader in healthcare research.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience (at least 3 years) in market research, ideally in the medical field
  • The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The candidate must multi-task and can work well under pressure
  • The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • The candidate has fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
  • The candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • This candidate is expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and pride in constantly improving the quality of our services
  • The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology & diagnostics
  • Project management, client briefing, discussion guide/ questionnaire creation, execution of individual interviews and group discussions
  • Conception, preparation and presentation of results reports
  • Cooperation with an interdisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

Candidate will preferably have experience with a range of market research projects
