QA Automation Engineer

Requirements

• Have excellent communication skills in English
• Have 5+ years of test automation with experience in Agile/Scrum
• Be experienced with test automation tools (TestNG, JUnit, Spock, Selenium) and development or CI/CD tools (Jira, Postman, Jenkins/GitLab, JMeter)
• Have a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize testing strategies in fast-paced environments
• Be passionate about knowledge sharing and empowering peers to contribute to testing efforts

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for SaaS solution quality management, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, and maintaining a robust website application automation framework
• Be responsible for the full lifecycle of automated test cases: creation, implementation, performance evaluation, and optimization, executed with a structured approach
• Be expert in QA tool selection (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Spock, etc.), providing guidance and ensuring high test coverage across websites
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine feature strategies and acceptance criteria, incorporating a tester's perspective and contributing to sprint velocity
• Be committed to streamlined QA processes and their ongoing optimization
