Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a research, customer service, or quality control environment
- Proficient in computer applications used in the office
- Ability to problem-solve and provide solutions independently
- Ability to meet tight time sensitive deadlines
- Thorough understanding of generally accepted investigative standards
- Investigative and analytical skills, catching discrepancies and things that don't add up in an investigation
- Ability to understand background investigative records
- Ability to review company documentation to complete audits in a timely and proficient manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete work within a specified time frame
- Background in report writing
- High attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Tasked with quality control of reports companywide
- Confirming all investigative requirements, clerical information, and required content is included in reports
- Collaborates with other auditors to assure the company's adherence to acceptable standards
- Update any report template changes and also communicate changes to the KENTECH team
- Plans and completes other assigned segments of the audit or other tasks assigned by the senior auditor
- Collects all documentation necessary for reporting and audits
- Identifies any deficiencies within the auditing process and meets with appropriate staff to resolve such deficiencies
- Reports audit findings
- The Investigative Audit Team also creates, updates, and maintains procedural manuals
- The Investigative Auditing team coaches and assists team members with development and improvement in reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred (Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal, or Political Science)
